My name is Philip Cartland and I'm a web designer and developer based in London. I have been developing websites sites for 10+ years as a full time employee but work on projects in my own time too.

I build sites with Drupal but can work with any php/mysql opensource system. I'm experienced in the whole process of development from the initial strategy document, requirements lists, wire-framing, technical development, content creation to the final launch. My particular skills are in, wireframing, theming in standard compliant html/xhtml & css and in site technical development.

I like to build sites where less is more, where useability is key and that are audience focused.
